Adamawa State College of Nursing and Midwifery is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates to apply for 2024/2025 academic session admission into Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Community Midwifery, Post Basic Nursing and Return Basic Midwifery Programs.

Applicants are to apply online through the CONAM Admission Portal at conam.admissions.cloud

Entry Requirements

1. Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery, Return Basic Midwifery & Post Basic Nursing:

• Candidates Must possess at least 5 Credits in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB to include: English Langunge, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings.

2. Return Basic Midwifery & Post Basic Nusing:

• Candidates must be Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

3. Community Midwifery:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 4 Credit to include English Language, Biology, and any other two (Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics) from the above subject.

NOTE: Community Midwifery Programe is for indigenes only, NON-INDIGENES are not eligible to apply.

4. Candidates applying for programs Must not be less than 17.5 years

5. All Applicants must not be less than 17l2 Years of age.

NB: where an applicant is combining two SSCE level results as requirement, it should be:

• WAEC-WAEC
• NECO-NECO
• WAEC-NECO
• NABTEB-NABTEB

• Cost of Online Application Form is Twelve Thousand seven hundred and fifteen Naira (N12,715) only via Remita with your ATM card

• After submitting your application, Print three copies of the form and submit to the College together with your e-receipt on or before 17th November, 2024.

• Entrance Exams will hold on the 25th November, 2024. At F.C.E Yola CBT Centre.

• Interview Schedules for successful candidates would be communicated in due course.
