College of Nursing FMC Nguru Basic Midwifery Admission Form 2024/2025

College of Nursing Sciences, Federal Medical Center Nguru, Yobe State is inviting applications from suitably qualified applicants to apply for admission into Basic Midwifery Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Sales of application form commences from Friday 15th November to 31st December, 2024 via the College portal at portal.nursingcollegenguru.edu.ng.

Interested applicants are to note the following as the basic requirements to apply for the admission;

1. Five Credit Passes in SSCE to include English, Mathematics, Chemistry,
Biology and Physics in NOT more than two sittings for WASSC/NECO.

2. NABTEB result is only allowed for one sitting.

3. WASSC can be combined with NECO result while NABTEB result cannot
be combined with any other Senior Secondary Certificate Examination i.e.
WASSC/NECO.

4. Candidates awaiting their Senior Secondary School Results or General
Certificate of Education (GCE) are NOT qualified to apply.

HOW TO APPLY

Sales of admission form is online via College of Nursing Sciences FMC Nguru Portal.

After login to the portal, Applicants are take the following application guidelines:

1. Fill out some personal details.

2. Click on “proceed'” to generate RRR and pay a non-refundable fee of
Seven Thousand Naira Only (N7,000) which covers the Application and
Sitting the Entrance Examination via Remita.

3. After the above have been successfully done, use your application number
as login ID and phone no as your password to re-log in and complete the
application by uploading e School Leaving Certificate & SSCE required documents (Testimonial, Certificate of Birth/Declaration of Age, Primary School Leaving Certificate and SSCE Result).

4. After which, you are to print out the Acknowledgment Slip to present as your entry to take the Computer Based Test (CBT) which comes up on Monday, 6th January, 2025 at the College of Nursing Sciences, Nguru Yobe state by 8:00a.m.
