NMCN Releases November 2024 Nursing Professional Exams Result
This is to inform candidates who Sat for the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) November 2024 professional examination General Nursing and Post Basic Nursing Programmes that the results has been released.
Candidates are to check their results online via the NMCN portal at portal.nmcn.gov.ng.
Eighteen thousand one hundred and thirty nine (18,139) candidates passed the examination which is 88% pass rate
The breakdown as follows:
1. General Nursing Programme: Twelve thousand, five hundred and thirty-four (12,534) candidates were
successful representing 88% pass.
2. Refresher Programme: Under refresher programme, 42 candidates passed the exams which is 45%.
3. Foreign Trained Nursing (FTN): 178 candidates pass the examination, that is 43% pass
4. Post Basic Nursing Programmes: 43,513 candidates passed the examination under Post Basic Nursing Programme. 96% pass.
5. Community Nursing Programme: 872 candidates were the successful candidates that passed the examination under this programe. 74% pass.

Candidates who passed the exams are to NMCN portal to apply for Registration and Licensing immediately.
The next Professional Examination in General/Post Basic Nursing is scheduled to hold from Tuesday 6 – Friday 9h May, 2025.
