1. candidates with the above problem should calm down regarding their issue as the NCS recruitment team are aware of the issue and they are currently sending the acknowledgement slip in the applicant’s email addresses. So candidates should keep checking their mails for the acknowledgement slip.

2. Some applicants having this issue have reached out to the Nigeria Customs Service recruitment team via their email contact, and they replied by assuring candidates that after the date of closing of the submission of recruitment, they will activate a link for downloading and printing of acknowledgement slip.

Below is the reply by the NCS Recruitment Team;

” Dear Applicant,
Please note you will be able to generate your acknowledgement slip on the portal after the deadline of submission.

The third method is for those that have already submitted and received the acknowledgement slip link but due to poor network they couldn’t download it, candidates should look for the link of their acknowledgement slip in their browser’s history, copy the link and paste in Google Chrome browser or any good browser and load the page. Through this, their issue is solved.
