The Nigeria Customs Service 2024/2025 portal has been opened from Friday 27th December, 2024 and will be closed on the 2nd of January, 2025. Already Hundreds of thousands applicants were able to successfully submitted their online applications.

But due to the poor structure and the amount of traffic on the portal, applicants are having issues in submitting their applications. One of the prominent issue is many candidates couldn’t download or print their recruitment acknowledgement slip and application information slip which both slips contain candidate’s application reference number.

3. This NIN is currently in use.

1. In most of the Government recruitment process, after applicants have successfully submitted their job applications, they normally receive acknowledgement notification either via their email address or phone number they used during the application.

But in this NCS ongoing recruitment application they are not sending the acknowledgement notification to candidates. But it should noted that few candidates have received the acknowledgement through their emails adresss, so this is to inform you other candidates will also receive their own.

2. Some candidates contacted the Nigeria Customs Service recruitment contact email complaining the issue of not able to download their acknowledgement slip after their registration, and below is the reply by the NCS recruitment team.

Please note you will be able to generate your acknowledgement slip on the portal after the deadline of submission.

So from the above information, candidates can retrieve their reference number and download their acknowledgement slip but after the closing of the submission of applications.

3. The last process is after submitting your registration but couldn’t download your acknowledgement slip, locate the page where you submitted in your browser’s history, copy the link, paste it in a new tab, then reload. Through that candidate can easily recover his/her NCS acknowledgement slip.
