This is to inform suitably qualifed candidates and the general public that the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) Board has open portal for the recruitment into various vacant positions in the Superintendent, Inspector, and Customs Assistant Cadres for the 2024/2025.
The NCS 2025 recruitment is open for Degree, HND, NCE, ND, OND, SSCE, and Trades Certificates Holders.
The recruitment portal has opened today Friday 27th December, 2024 at 12:00 Noon and will be closed on the 2nd of January, 2025.
All categories of applications are to be submitted online via the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) recruitment portal at https://reruitment.customs.gov.ng.

NIGERIA CUSTOMS SERVICE VACANCY POSITIONS
CATEGORY A:
1. CUSTOMS SUPERINTENDENT
CADRE (GENRAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 08
- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent from a well-recognised universıty or polytechnic and possess NYSC Dischange or Exemption Certificate.
CATEGORY B:
2. CUSTOMS INSPECTOR CADRE (GENERAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 06
- Applicant must possess OND, NCE or its equivalent obtained from a recognized Polytechnics or other institutions.
CATEGORY C:
3. CUSTOMS ASSISTANT (GENERAL DUTY AND SUPPORT STAFF/PROFESSIONALS) – CONSOLE 03, 04
- Applicants must possess Secondary School Certificate with five (5) credits including English Language and Mathematics, Trade Test Certificate, or Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity approved proficiency certificates (where applicable)
GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Applicants must be Nigerian by birth.
2. Applicants must have completed their primary 6 education and obtained a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
3. Applicants must not be less than 1.7 meters tall for Males and 1.64 meters for Females.
4. Medical fitness is required, and applicants Must not be physically or mentally challenged.
5. Applicants must not have been convicted of any criminal offense.
6. Applicants Must not be members of any secret society, cult, or drug addicts.
7. Applicants Must present a certificate of State/LGA of origin.

disqualification.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for further screening.
