Oyo State TESCOM Newly Recruited Teachers Collection of Appointment Letters & Documentation

This is to inform the Oyo State TESCOM newly recruited Secondary Schools Teachers that the Oyo State Post Primary Schools Teaching Service Commission has fixed the date for screening, Collection of Appointment Letters and documentation of the newly employed teachers.

Below is the Circular released by the Commission with regards to the distribution of the appointment letters.

CONDUCT OF SCREENING EXERCISE, DISTRIBUTION OF APPOINTMENT
LETTERS AND DOCUMENTATION FOR NEWLY RECRUITED TEACHERS

I wish to refer to the above subject and inform you that the Commission has
approved the commencement of screening exercise, distribution of appointment letters and documentation for newly recruted teachers across the State from Monday 30th December, 2024.

The underlisted have been approved as the requirenents for the exercise:

1. Print out of Congratulatory Letter.

2. Birth Certficate/Declaration of Age.

3. Evidence of Local Government of Origin.

4. Original Certificate Credentials.

5. NYSC Certificate/Letter of Exception/Attestation.

6. Change of Name where applicable

7. Evidence of Medical test from Government Approved Hospitals (To be
done later).

8. Two (2) Recent Passport Photograph.

9. Two (2) office file with two photocopies of their documents.

You are to note that only the Commission (Headquarters) has the sole right to post these teachers to zones and there is no roam for swapping of zonal postings
at the zonal level.

Arising from the above, all enquires and clarifications should be sought from
the Headquarters.
