The Bank of Industry (BOI) through the Federal Government has opened a portal for N75 Billion MSME Intervention Program which objective is to finance Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across all the States.
Businesses would be able to secure a maximum loan amount of N1 million.
The Aims of the Program are:
1. Reduce Production Costs.
2. Job Creation
3. Boost Agricultural Productivity
4. Support Business Growth
5. Enhance Household Welfare
6. Drive Economic Growth
FG/BOI N75 Billion MSME Intervention Program is a loan program and beneficiaries are to repaid their loan within a 3 years period.
The Moratorium for the loan is 3 Months after the disbursement.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Business Must be registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Enterprises and Limited Liability Companies. etc.
- Existing and Start-up businesses are all eligible to apply.
The following documents are required to qualify for the loan.
Existing Business:
- Registration certificate/documents.
- Basic book keeping/business records.
Start-up Business
- CAC business registration certificate/documents.
